    That establishes as a priority objective within its policy of integrated quality and environmental, that the services it offers deserve the full customer satisfaction in terms of quality assurance, protect the environment and prevent pollution, for this, it considers necessary to maintain the Integrated Quality Management System UNE-EN ISO 9001 and Environmental UNE-EN-ISO 14001.

    The general Quality guidelines are:

The satisfaction of our customers is our maxim, that is why we are very interested in their opinion and we have a documented method to consider and quantify, as far as possible, the degree of satisfaction of the same in order to continuously improve and, get our service to suit their needs and meet their expectations.

The final quality of the service provided to the customer is the result of planned and systematic actions of PROTECTION, PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the cycle, providing a better service and enhancing the loyalty of our customer base.  Regarding the Environment we show our commitment to environmental protection and prevention of pollution of our immediate environment, maintaining an Environmental Management System as a reference tool to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, taking the actions of:
    • Waste minimization. Reuse of materials and waste that can be reincorporated into processes.
      Waste valorization through systematic waste selection and segregation and waste management/treatment through the available channels and managers, always within the applicable regulations.
